Located in the heart of one of the world’s most livable cities in the world – Melbourne, Conservatory is an exclusive residential development only steps away from the vibrancy of the city and tranquility of the gardens.

1. Getting Started / The Process

Developer: UEM Sunrise

We were approached by one of the best and leading international property developers, UEM Sunrise. They requested for us to furnish 7 apartment units that they have been trying to sell since December 2018. Upon multiple thorough discussions and meetings, UEM Sunrise has agreed to go with our Essential Furniture Package for the 7 empty apartment units.

2. Style & Plan

We personally visited Conservatory to inspect all units and measure cavity sizes for the appliances so we can come up with custom solutions and a tailored furniture package for UEM Sunrise.

Equipped with years of experience and design knowledge, we came up with 2 colour schemes of furniture package options: warm & cool. We were also able to overcome tricky layout issues such as uneven curved windows and awkward small spaces.

3. The Result

With a two-week turnaround time, we managed to help UEM Sunrise furnish all 7 apartments within the promised time frame. More importantly, all 7 units we furnished were sold in less than 7 weeks during Melbourne’s pandemic lockdown.

We think the main reason why these apartment units sold so quickly was that there is no waiting time for tenants or homeowners wanting to move in. They would not need to set up weeks of time to shop, choose, and assemble the furniture themselves. This saves them heaps of the stress and time required to furnish an apartment. As for the developers, they no longer needed to worry about the vacant units in the development.
