What do your packages include?

Our packages include design, delivery, furniture assembly and rubbish removal.

How much are your furniture packages?

Our package prices are dependent on the size of the property and number of bedrooms. Our set packages range from approximately $10,000 to $30,000 excluding GST.

Do you offer a custom furniture package? If so, how much?

Yes we do. Our custom furniture package starts from a minimum of $20,000 excluding GST.

Is there a second hand option for furniture? How about furniture rental?

We do not offer second hand furniture nor do we offer a furniture rental option.

Can you work within my budget or is there a minimum spend requirement?

If you want a custom design package, the minimum budget is $20,000 excluding GST.

Where do you get your furniture?

We source our furniture from over 20 wholesale suppliers around Australia.

I don’t know what style I want – can you still help?

Yes, we can help you. You can fill out our Style Quiz and a personalised style board will be sent to you. From there you can schedule a Discovery Call with our stylist to discuss how we can help you further.

Can you integrate my favourite pieces of furniture or accessories into the design?

Yes, we can work with existing furniture and accessories that you might want to keep. However, we recommend keeping this to a minimum as a fresh makeover always looks better!

How long will the design process take? Is there a way to speed up the process?

The design process will take up to 10-15 business days. There is no way to speed up the process due to the high volume of projects we have, but please discuss your needs with us and we will try to accommodate as best as possible.

What if I don’t like what you designed for me?

No problems! If you are purchasing one of our set furniture packages then you get up to 3 items changes for free. For a custom furniture package you can have up to 5 item changes for free. We can do changes beyond this until you are happy, there will just be additional fees to do so.

What if I see something online that I like and may be or may not be what you specified, can I buy that myself?

We use any images you like from online as inspiration for your furniture package. If you are after a specific item then we can try to add this in to your design if suitable, or source something similar.

What if I want to do most of the work and just need an overall plan?

Sorry, we only offer the full package from design to installation.

How long will the project take to complete?

All furniture packages take about 6-8 weeks to deliver and install from the deposit date, subject to item availability, floor plan layout and covid restrictions. 

Custom packages take a much more meticulous design stage, thus take longer.

Can you complete the work if COVID levels change?

MORC Interiors is allowed to work as long as “services related to property inspections, settlement or commencement/end-of-lease (including removalists);” is listed on the Victorian government’s Authorised provider and authorised worker list”.

What safety precautions do you take on site?

All workers wear appropriate PPE gear including face masks and use hand sanitizers frequently.

We require the property to be unoccupied when furniture is being installed.

Do you have a COVID permit to work?

All MORC Interiors staff have a COVID permit to work as per the instructions on the Victoria Coronavirus website.
