The Apartment
This 2 bedroom apartment unit at Australia 108 was just about to be marketed when a tenant contacted Lilian, the property agent to inquire about a furnished rental unit at Australia 108. However, the apartment was unfurnished so Lilian reached out to us for help. After getting the landlord’s approval to furnish the vacant unit, we accepted the job right away.
The Process
After an inspection at the property, we began designing a custom package for the landlord based on his budget and style. With the landlord’s approval, we got started right away! The entire process only took 7 days for us, which includes many processes such as procurement of furniture and appliances, coordinating deliveries, installment of furniture and appliances, as well as the removal of rubbish.
The Result
In just 7 days, everything was finished and the tenant moved in immediately the day after everything was put in place. The apartment recorded a 0-day vacancy because the tenant signed on immediately whilst the apartment was getting furnished. And the tenant was happy to pay a premium of $80 more per week to rent out the furnished rental apartment.
Both Lilian the property agent and landlord were extremely pleased with our work because the tenant was able to move into the apartment so quickly.
