1. Our Involvement
We were approached by internationally renowned development EcoWorld. They requested for us to furnish one of Yarra One’s most important apartments of the development – the duplex showroom! Undoubtedly, we took up the amazing opportunity and decided to help Yarra One make their showroom look the best of its potential.

2. Planning
The whole process started with us going to Yarra One for a site inspection and site measure so that we can come up with a tailored solution and make sure all the furniture and appliances fit the space exactly how we want it.
After our meticulous site visit and measure, we were able to come up with a custom furniture package for Yarra One’s Duplex Showroom. Here’s a sneak peek!
3. Styling The Showroom
Our team came in early and worked all day to put everything together for our client. We took extra care to make sure we don’t damage the walls and floorboards of the property. Check out these before and after shots!
The showroom consists of 3 rooms, the master bedroom on the upper floor, and 2 rooms on the lower floor. We were instructed to furnish the second bedroom as a guest room, and the third bedroom as a kid’s room.
It’s important to choose furniture that fits proportionally to space so that it opens up the area rather than making it look crammed. Our stylist also incorporated accent colours of green and gold to match Yarra One’s brand colours. These colours also work wonders together to create a sense of luxurious calmness.

4. The Results
Within a two-week turnaround, we managed to deliver what we promised. In 1.5 months after we furnished this showroom, it was sold to a property investor! The investor was extremely satisfied with the outcome, it pushed him to purchase 6 more apartments at Yarra One, including this beautiful showroom!
Furnishing plays a huge role in selling or renting out an apartment, because not only does it open up the space to make it look grander and bigger, it allows the purchaser to see what type and size of the furniture can go in the areas.
