We were approached by an international property investor, Seiki who have bought a property at Yarra One, South Yarra. Since he and his family are residing elsewhere, it was not possible for him to furnish his property on his own.
After doing his own research on interior fit-outs in Melbourne, he decided to seek help from us. Woo-hoo! We are always grateful and proud when an international client who has never met us put so much trust in our expertise!
2. The Process
After getting the client’s approval, we requested a site visit at his property for an inspection. During the site inspection, we took meticulous care to measure the cavity sizes for the appliances and spaces for the furniture. We do this so that we can come up with a custom solution and a tailored furniture package for him.

3. Getting It Done!
This is undoubtedly our favourite part! After getting his approval on all the furniture, appliances, and styling decors, it was time to get to work! We spent all day at his property coordinating deliveries, assembling the furniture and appliances, and finally, styling his new holiday home to perfection.
4. Results, results!
Completed just one week after settlement, Seiki’s holiday home was fully equipped, styled, and move-in ready! The result is a beautifully furnished and styled apartment that our client was very pleased with.
