The client for this Torquay project wanted to transform their Airbnb and increase their rental income. Before the MORC makeover, this property was not furnished and styled to it’s full potential, using outdated and worn out furniture and not sleeping enough guests. We were able to go in and make the whole home more appealing for potential guests and instantly lifted the price of a nightly stay.
