Located within the newly completed Queensbridge Building in Southbank, this two-bedroom apartment was designed to support both short-stay hosting and personal use for the client when visiting Melbourne.
Our team curated a furniture package that reflects the building’s premium finishes while maintaining a timeless and versatile aesthetic. Rather than simply leaning into trend-driven pieces, the design focuses on classic forms, warm textures, and an earthy palette that creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
With the apartment designed to accommodate both the client and short-stay guests, functionality was a key consideration. A sofa bed was incorporated into the living area at the client’s request, allowing the apartment to host up to six people, while our full accessories package was also selected to ensure the home was completely Airbnb-ready from day one, including kitchenware and all other everyday living essentials.
