Montague Square is a privately owned Built-To-Rent apartment development that aims to provide various rental lifestyle options to tenants wanting to live in South Melbourne. We partnered with the property manager MRE to design and curate specific furniture set pieces that would allow tenants to move in fast. Both essential furnishing and complete styling were sponsored by the developer to make it easier for tenants to choose what level of lifestyle they wanted. Within 3 months, we furnished 25 apartments and were able to witness corporate executives, expats and tertiary students enjoy living in Montague Square.
