Our team was engaged to transform four two-bedroom apartments, forming part of a small boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with a distinct Melbourne personality. Set within a beautiful character-filled building just steps from Bourke Street Mall, each apartment was designed to feel individual, memorable and connected to its surroundings.

Drawing inspiration from Melbourne’s vibrant laneway culture, we created interiors that feel playful, colourful and unexpected, while still delivering the comfort and quality guests expect from a premium boutique hotel experience.

Functionality was equally important. King split beds were incorporated to provide greater flexibility across guest configurations and sleeping capacity, while maintaining a premium accommodation experience.

From furniture selection and spatial planning through to procurement, delivery, installation and final styling, our team managed the project from start to finish. The result is four guest-ready apartments that come together as part of a unique boutique hotel offering, designed to stand out in Melbourne’s competitive accommodation market.
