    Who can enter?
    This giveaway is open to all property investors with an apartment located in Melbourne. The major prize has been designed to suit a 1-bedroom or studio layout. If your apartment is larger, you’re still eligible—simply cover the difference to upgrade the package. To qualify, your property must be ready for furnishing. Any existing furniture should be removed, or disposed of prior to installation by the investor.
    What’s included in the giveaway?
    The giveaway includes a complete furnishing & styling package suitable for a 1-bedroom apartment valued at $9,800 (incl. GST). This covers all essential areas: bedroom, living, dining and kitchen designed to increase your rental yield. Gift vouchers are only applicable to our Essential, Investor, Stylish and Luxury furniture packages.
    How is the winner chosen?
    One major prize winner and two runners-up will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The 2nd and 3rd place prizes are gift vouchers valued at $1,000 and $500 respectively. Winners must claim their prize within 1 week of notification or the next runner-up will be selected as winner.
    When will I know?
    We will call and notify via email within 1 week of the giveaway event. If you win, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Keep an eye on your inbox!
    How does furnishing work?
    Once selected, our team will coordinate with you to schedule the furnishing process. We handle everything from design to delivery and installation. Sit back and watch your space come to life! (P.S. We reserve the right to film the makeover and use it for promotional purposes).
